Examples of what we manufacture
Stake and Swage Punches-
These are a low volume component made in batches typically of 50-300 at a time. Using D2 material this product requires precision engineering down to micron tolerances.
Punches and Dies-
Made for both the aero and automotive sectors all parts are made to bespoke customer requirements and make use of both conventional engineering such as turning/milling/grinding but also use spark/wire eroding and CNC milling facilities as well. In addition many of the parts manufactured require Rockwell hardening and in some cases a sub zero process is preformed this is all part of the service provided.
Rotors-
We offer a wide range of rotors/cutters again to bespoke customer requirements made from specialist CSM CPM materials used for cutting/cropping plastic into pellet form for the extrusion industry. In addition these products are used in the pharmaceutical world for breaking up block chemicals.
